Fennel Soup Witchery
Fennel Soup Witchery in the Cauldron (IP)
Fennel and cauliflower steamed and pureed in the vitamix. Awesome hot soup! Add in whatever veggies you have from celery and mushrooms to dill and onions.
- 2-4 fennel bulbs cut off the root
- 1 package cauliflower or head cut up
- 3 cups bone broth or stock
- seasonings to taste
Add the above to your Instant pot. Steam or pressure cook high for 10 min. Manuel release after 10-15 min. Puree contents in a vitamix or other vented blender as contents are super hot. Season again and drink up your veggies!
This recipe works for any type veggies or squash for delicious soups.
